Not our best day. Up late last night with this journal, then didn't sleep well. Woke up with dry eyes and sore nose. It was another pretty sunny day. Much cooler than previous days, probably because we were headed north and climbing some. We left Lake Amistad Recreational Center at 7AM and arrived in Carlsbad, NM around 2PM mountain time. Stopped at Windmill RV Park. It's fine. Trouble started when Fred tried to go on line. Typical computer maze which we never did get out of. Too much wasted time and energy. A lot of aggravation and frayed nerves. Then, to add insult to injury, Verison is apparently charging me roaming fees which they are not supposed to do. We may have to depend solely on postcards for communication. Slow but effective. We did see a coyote today and some new wild flowers. Supper is over and Jigger is content, so I am too. ¶ 5:05 PM
